By accessing or using Alphy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Alphy provides AI-powered coaching and mentorship for personal development across physical, financial, and mental domains. The Service is delivered via Telegram and web-based chat.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harass or harm others

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Alphy offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with Alphy are the property of Golden Bay Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alphy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Golden Bay Ventures LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Coaching advice is for informational purposes and does not replace professional medical, financial, or legal counsel.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
